Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes an option for a guest, then yes! We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We have decided to keep our wedding adults only. With that being said, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand our decision and make prior arrangements to enjoy the night out and celebrate with us!
We do have a block of rooms available at Embassy Suites; details are on the travel page with parking info down below! There’s a Hilton, Radisson, and Courtyard Marriott all within 20 minutes as well, if you want other options.
There are 3 City of Rockford lots that directly support Embassy Suites guests; lots 35, 43, and 45. Lot 35 is directly north of the property, while lots 43 and 45 are adjacent the entrance, located on S. Main Street. If you are coming into town Friday, parking is not included and costs $17.00 per day. All downtown parking is managed by the City of Rockford and are patrolled Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Kiosks are available at each lot for payment or guests can pay through the ParkWhiz app. Guests also have the option to have their parking billed to their room at check-in.
We do have a shuttle booked for those staying at the Embassy Suites to get to and from the venue. They will make multiple trips both ways. The shuttles to the venue will arrive at 3:30pm. LAST shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:10pm to arrive before the ceremony begins. Please get on the earliest shuttle you can because not everyone will fit on the last shuttle. The shuttles returning back to the hotel will start at 10pm.
