FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want you to look and feel your best on our big day! Wear what you feel comfortable in, but refrain from casual wear and denim. Cocktail or Semi-Formal attire is encouraged.

Question

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

All invitations will be made out to those included in the guest count. Parties listed on invites cannot be increased to accommodate extra people.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

All guests who do no RSVP by December 23 will be marked as “not attending”. Although we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we must provide vendors a final guest count within a timely manner. RSVPs ensure we all can relax and enjoy the day!

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately there will not be shuttle services from the church/venue however ride share is available and highly recommended. Guest safety is our top priority and with an open bar, we ask that any guests consuming alcohol plan a ride accordingly. Cars may be parked overnight, but please pick up at your earliest convenience.

Question

Where should I park for the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

At the church, there is plenty of available parking in the main lot. At the reception, the venue has recommended the Peoria Municipal Complex East Parking Garage across the street near the police station or street parking on 83rd Ave. Please reference the parking map included in the invitation. Street parking on Monroe St. is not permitted and cars will be towed.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held inside, however, the reception will be outdoors in early February. While it is usually pleasant, weather and rain can occur this time of year, so please plan accordingly. The reception will be outfitted with tents in the event of rain.

Question

What can I do near the hotel and the venues?

Answer

There is plenty to do around the west side of Phoenix in both Glendale and Peoria. Desert Diamond Casino is nearby along with Top Golf, Pop Stroke Golf, Dave & Busters, Westgate Bar District and newly opened Chicken N Pickle. There are also plenty of outdoor activities to do like hikes/nature walks and farmers markets (our favorite choice!).
