Epic Mountain Express

Once you get to Vail, there are free buses around town and complimentary shuttles from Hotel Talisa to Vail Village so you likely won't need a car during your time in the mountains. Epic Mountain Express has direct shuttles from the airport to the mountains and offers group discounts for 3 or more people. Grand Hyatt Vail | Hotel Talisa

We have reserved discounted rates for a block of rooms at the Hotel Talisa located in Vail for September 6-7. We will have transportation to and from the wedding venue leaving from Hotel Talisa and a farewell brunch Sunday morning at the hotel. Flight

Denver International Airport

We recommend flying into DIA then renting a car, booking a shuttle seat or reserving a private car/shuttle to Vail. The airport is located about two hours/120 miles from the town of Vail. Eagle County Regional Airport is a second (and likely more expensive) option to fly into, and is located about 30 miles west of Vail. For those planning to visit Denver before heading to the mountains - there is an easy train for only $11, direct from DIA to Union Station.

Denver Charter Bus

Our wedding transportation has offered a discounted rate for our guests to and from the Denver airport. They provide suburbans (Holds 5-7 - $395 + tip each way) and sprinter vans (Holds 10 - $550 + tip each way).
