We’re Getting Married!

Our story starts in high school. Yes… we are high school sweethearts!! We both went to the same small, country school growing up, but Brandon was a grade older. We always knew of each other, but our paths never truly crossed until later in high school when we finally got to know each other and became friends. Even though our time of being "just friends" was very short lived. We both had some mutual friends, and it just so happened that for our junior and senior homecomings we were the only two in our friend groups that did not have dates. So, naturally, we were convinced by all of our friends that we had to go together... "as friends". So... we did! It wasn’t until then that we found out we only lived a country block from one another! Which ended up being super convenient for us in the long run. Then, we ended up hitting it off at homecoming and realizing that we both had secretly liked each other for some time. This led to a couple more successful dates and 7 years later here we are. Brandon proposed on his birthday in September of 2025 in our very own apartment together. It was after a very special weekend celebrating both of our birthdays with friends, family, and, most importantly, each other. We have been through so many life chapters together thus far including our high school graduations, 1 year of long distance, college together at Ohio State, our college graduations, moving into our first apartment together, Mackenzie starting her sonography career in Columbus, Brandon going through Vet School at Ohio State, engagement, and now we are making our way towards our long-awaited wedding day! We could not be happier. So many memories have been made together, and we cannot wait for all the rest to come and the journey ahead. We thank you all for being a part of it and for celebrating with us!
