The ceremony begins at 5 PM. We ask that you please arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to find parking and your seat.
Please RSVP by July 29th to ensure that we can provide an accurate head count to our venue. If you haven't RSVP'd by then, you will automatically be marked as unable to come. We appreciate you adhering to the deadline!
There will be a shuttle that will bring guests from the Wellsworth Hotel to the wedding venue, and from the wedding venue back to the hotel at the end of the night. You can also drive, but please note that parking is limited. The shuttle schedule will be included with your welcome bag when you check into the hotel.
We are recommending that our guest stay at the Wellsworth Hotel in Sturbridge, MA. You must book your room by 7/29 to get the discounted room block rate.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors with a cocktail hour and reception following the ceremony in an indoor/outdoor tent. If the weather doesn't cooperate, the ceremony will be held indoors, and the tent walls will be put up to keep the festivities indoors!
Due to venue constraints, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you were allotted a plus one, this will appear appear when you RSVP.
We would love if our loved ones could join us in dressing up for this occasion! We suggest colorful midi/maxi dresses, collared shirts/ties, and pantsuits. The wedding colors are themed to the website design if you are in need of inspiration.
YES, for the entirety of the reception! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. If you plan on drinking, please take the shuttle back to the Wellsworth hotel or arrange transportation back to your accommodations.
A selection of hors d'oeuvres will be served at the cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. Dinner will consist of a buffet with various entrees, sides, (vegetarian options available!) and a carving station. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible!
