We met after a chance taken by Brian to skip some communication steps on eHarmony. (He just didn't want to stop talking to the fierce firefighter wannabe) Kristin wasn't super convinced that Brian was it, and definitely tried to stop this good thing rolling (another story for another time). Our first date was at Two Brothers Brewery in Warrenville. We ate a tasty dinner on the patio, and talked about a lot of goofy things. Some funny, some that would make Grandma blush if I mentioned them on here, and some of your typical getting to know you questions. Brian suggested that we continue the date by seeing a movie, but Kristin politely demurred because she was OHHH so tired and needed to be up early the next morning. Sorry Brian, Kristin actually had another date... but seeing as we're all here on Brian and Kristin's wedding website, clearly it turned out well for him at SOME point :)
