Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We ask that all guests adhere to an elegant cocktail/formal dress code. Fall colors and jewel tones are highly encouraged for guests, but not at all required! We also ask that all guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, light beige, champagne, and other potential variants of white. Please note all bridesmaids will be wearing emerald green. Women: Midi, Maxi, and Floor-Length Dresses. Jumpsuits are also welcome. Men: Suits, Dress Pants, Ties, Bowties, and Dress Shoes.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. This gives guests ample time to mingle and find their seats. We encourage everyone to be present for the start of the ceremony as late arrivals will not be permitted to join to mitigate any potential disruptions during the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we can only accommodate guests explicitly listed in your invitations.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a Hotel Block for our guests at the Hyatt House, but you are more than welcome to stay wherever you please. You can find this information and related links under "Travel" on our website. If you choose not to stay at our blocked hotel, there are plenty of alternative accommodation options, such as Airbnb and other hotels in the area.

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes! The Astin Mansion does offer limited on-site parking for guests and vendors. Due to limited parking, we highly encourage rideshare options such as Fetii or Uber. Please navigate to the "Travel" section of our website for more info on parking and rideshare options.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you receive your invitations please follow the link provided to RSVP. The link will also ask questions regarding any dietary restrictions.

Answer

Yes! You can find our registry on our website. Please click on the "Registry" tab to be redirected.

Where is your venue located?

Answer

Our venue is called the Astin Mansion. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at this venue. 506 W 26th St, Bryan, TX 77803
