Can we book now?

Answer

Yes, please use the link below to access our discounted rates. If you wish to extend your stay or come to town earlier, please book for the 27-29th and then let us know what days you would like added. Do you have a registry?

Answer

As we start married life together, we’re excited to build our future home and create new adventures. If you’d like to contribute, please venmo either @ashtyntrover or @michael-zaremski-2. We will have a card table and QR code set up at our wedding as well.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by AUGUST 1st. If we do not receive an RSVP we will assume you are not attending.

What time should I arrive?

All guests should be seated by 3:45pm.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at 1 Hotel in downtown Nashville.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is $25 for guest who attend and do not stay at the hotel. There is also a lot across from 1 Hotel for those not staying at 1 Hotel. Guest who book with our venue and reference The Zaremski Wedding get a lowered per night parking rate.

Are hotel blocks available?

Answer

Yes, we have set up room blocks at 1 Hotel where the wedding will be held. You can also book at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Nashville which is connected to our venue. We do not have blocks set up at Embassy, but it is a great option as well!

Will there be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer and ask that you please put phones away for the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment with us! Once cocktail hour begins you can take all the photos you like.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar from the start of cocktail hour till the time they kick us out.
