Our Story
It all started in 6th grade way back when we were just kids! Somewhere along the way we decided to go to freshman homecoming together making a promise that if we were both single by senior year, we’d do it again. Little did we know that agreement would mark the beginning of our love story. Senior year rolled around, we kept our promise, and something just clicked!
We both started college at Texas A&M University, where Matthew played football and I earned my degree. Eventually, Matthew transferred to UC Berkeley to continue pursuing football and his education. We took on the challenge of long distance. It wasn’t always easy, but it made our relationship even stronger.
During a vacation to Hawaii, Matthew got down on one knee and popped the question. It was an intimate moment, just the two of us!
Now here we are, getting ready to say I do! We’re so thankful for everyone who’s been part of our journey so far, and we can’t wait to celebrate our forever with you all!
