Charlie and I met the modern way, on a dating app, in October 2018! We really hit it off on our first date and bonded over our love for dogs. After several dates, we planned a once in a lifetime trip to Norway and Iceland. This spontaneous adventure immensely grew our relationship and we both knew we were meant to be together. In May of 2019, Charlie purchased his first home and we moved in together. We now have three dogs that keep us busy (Tucker, Cash & Tonka), our beautiful home near Lake Minnetonka, and our summertime favorite - our Sea Ray boat.

On a beautiful weekend getaway in July, Charlie brought me to one of his favorite places in the world, Madeline Island. The first evening of the vacation, we visited the beach to watch the sunset over Lake Superior. After taking some photos together, we sat on the sand and took in the beautiful view. Charlie took my hands, went down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I said "YES!", cried tears of happiness, and we went on to celebrate. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you on August 20, 2021!
