Shuttle
Wood Wedding Shuttle
July 20, 2025 3:00 pm - 1:00 am
For the Wood Wedding guests staying at either Holiday Inn Express or Hotel Indigo there will be a shuttle service provided to and from the wedding. The shuttle will be doing rounds picking up and bringing guests to the venue before the wedding starting at 3:00pm till 6:00pm. Be sure to arrive early to the ceremony at 4:00pm to celebrate the Bride and Groom with a champagne toast and music. Then the shuttle will be running once again after the reception at 10:00pm till 1:00am. The reception ends at 10:00pm but the Bride and Groom hope you will join them for the After Party at Desmond’s Restaurant inside the East Wind Hotel. If any guests need to return to their hotel room outside of the shuttle times, we recommend using Uber.

Come stay for the night of or the weekend of the wedding at The Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is located 9 minutes down the road from the wedding venue, near the Tanger Outlets. This hotel has a gym, pool, and also provides a continental breakfast. When calling to make a reservation use extension x0 and ask for a room under the Trovitch Wood Wedding Block.
