FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 26, 2026

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

With a 5:00pm start time, I recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and to find your seat!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire: Dressy Casual Think garden party meets celebration! Sundresses, midi dresses, and jumpsuits are great for ladies. Collared shirts, slacks, or nice jeans for the guys—no need for ties or jackets unless you want to. Just come looking polished and ready to party!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation says “and guest,” then absolutely—bring someone to celebrate with! Otherwise, we hope you’ll still join us solo for a beautiful night filled with love, laughter, and dancing.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available at the church, which is located in front of Brook’s parents’ house. It’s just a short walk (about 50 yards) to the backyard where the ceremony and reception are held. We’re also hoping to have a golf cart on-site to help shuttle guests who may need a ride. Either way, we’ve got you covered!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Welcome to Louisiana! If you’re arriving early and want to explore, we’ll be spending some time in New Orleans on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 27. We will be hanging out, walking around Bourbon Street and Jackson Square, and soaking in the city. There’s no formal plan—just a chance to sightsee, grab a drink, and experience New Orleans together. Feel free to join us if you’re around!
