What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our special day! Please refrain from jeans, shorts, flip-flops or any colors reserved for the bride like white or cream. Gentlemen may wear dress pants or suits. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length formal dresses.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st. If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive by 4:00pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, followed by a cocktail hour and the reception. Louisville, KY is located in the Eastern time zone.

Can I bring my children/plus one?

Answer

Children will be limited for our celebration! We kindly ask that only those listed on your RSVP page attend. This reflects the number of seats we’ve reserved in your honor. Thank you so much for understanding!

Where is the venue located?

Answer

Gardencourt is located at the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Our ceremony will take place outside in the gardens area, followed by a reception indoors. Please reach out to us if you have questions regarding the location!

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is allowed in the parking lot located in front of Schlegel Hall, which is on the right-hand side after going through the roundabout.
