What is the dress-code?

Answer

Guests are invited to dress in formal wedding attire. Floor-length gowns, elegant midi dresses, sophisticated cocktail dresses, or suits in any color.

Are plus-ones and children invited?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, due to space restrictions, we are unable to extend the invite to plus ones, unless specified on the invite. Additionally, our reception is adult-only.

What date should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you respond by 5/19/2026.

Do I need to bring my ID or wallet?

Answer

Yes, you should have your ID as the bartenders may ask for it. Additionally, the after party will be a cash-bar (credit cards also accepted) so please plan accordingly.

How do I get to the church?

Answer

Transportation will NOT be provided to the church. We ask that all guest drive to and from the church (~2 miles from the hotel).

How do I get to the reception?

Answer

Guests may walk to the venue (sidewalks are available), take the school bus, or drive. A parking lot is available at Union Station, and parking will be validated. The school bus will pick up guests from the front of the hotels at approximately the following times: • Hotel Northampton: 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, and 5:30 PM • Fairfield Inn: 4:40 PM, 5:10 PM, and 5:40 PM Return shuttle service will be available from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM to bring guests back to their hotels as needed.

How can I spend the time in-between the church ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

This hour can be used however you'd like: check into your hotel, freshen up, grab a drink at the lobby bar in Hotel Northampton, or explore one of Northampton's many great bars and restaurants. If you have a little extra time, we highly recommend stopping by Progression Brewing Company. It's right near the venue and one of our favorite local spots!
