Robbie and I (Savannah) met at Long Hollow Baptist church at the young ages of 13 and 15. At the time, my friends and I started hanging out with Robbie and some of his friends. During that time, Robbie began to develop feelings for one of my good friends. I even crashed one of their dates at the time. In the end, they did not work out (hehe thanks God). Robbie and I remained good friends. At Long Hollow's summer camp in the year of 2012, word got around to me that Robbie liked me. After many group dates and double dates, I quickly began to learn more about Robbie and saw many qualities that I liked, such as his character, his respect for me, his humor and wittiness, and his ability to make me feel so so loved and pursued. On May 4, 2013, at Robbie's junior prom, he asked me to be his girlfriend. These past almost seven years, we have survived a long-distance relationship as Robbie attended UTK, and I have attended UTC. We both have changed and matured in so many ways throughout these last seven years. However, our love has only gotten stronger. We have been there for each other through many stages of life including the awkward ones, the can't stop crying ones and the so exciting jumping down ones. We are so excited to take on more adventures and just keep doing life together for the next 80ish years to come! On March 29,2019, I (Savannah) had won a photo shoot previously and thought it would be a good time to get some good professional pictures of us! To my surprise, Robbie had orchestrated a big plan and proposed to me during the photoshoot! Afterward, he had our closest friends and family hiding at my house for an amazing surprise party! He did such a good job surprising me (especially for how nosy I am hehe) and making the day so so special! We are tying the knot on August 16, 2020, at the White Dove Barn in Beechgrove, TN and could not be more excited to continue our love story as husband and wife!
