Charleston International Airport

Charleston International Airport is the closest airport. It's about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston, and 30 minutes to an hour away from the wedding venue depending on traffic. A note of caution: September is hurricane season in the Carolinas, so there is always a chance of flight delays when traveling to South Carolina this time of year.

Given all of the hotel options in Charleston we did not reserve a hotel block. However, we are happy to recommend places to stay. We've listed those hotels below. While Julian and I will be staying in Charleston, the wedding itself is in Mount Pleasant (about 25 minutes from Charleston without traffic; approximately 1 hour with traffic).
