SATURDAY
Dress code: Summer formal wear, we know it will be hot so open collar is absolutely fine.
3 PM
A bus will collect those of you staying at Hôtel Collège des Doctrinaires and bring you straight to the venue for 3.30 PM ready to start our celebrations! If you are making your own way to the Chateau please also arrive around 3.30PM.
4PM - 2AM
Get ready for a day full of love, laughter, and all the good stuff — we’ll kick things off with the ceremony, followed by confetti, bubbles, and canapés. Then it’s on to a delicious dinner, a few heartfelt speeches (and maybe some slightly rouge ones), more drinks, and dancing into the night. Bring your energy, your appetite, and your best moves — it’s going to be a day to remember!
2AM
While we’ll never want the night to end, a bus will collect hotel guests at 2:00 AM after a full day of celebrating. If you're not staying at the hotel - or suspect you might hit your dance floor limit a little earlier - we highly recommend booking a taxi in advance... Uber doesn’t exist out here in the French countryside, and taxis can be tricky to get last minute.
SUNDAY
Dress Code: Pool/beach wear, whatever you feel comfortable in.
1PM
A bus will once again collect our hotel guests, arriving at the Château by 1:30 PM. If you're making your own way there, feel free to arrive from 1:30 PM onwards - we’ll be ready and waiting to welcome you!
1.30PM - 6.30 PM
We’re hoping you’ve got one more party in you… Join us for a final celebration - a poolside party to relive the night before with great music, sizzling BBQ, and drinks flowing all afternoon. Let’s go out with a bang!
6.30PM
A final bus will take our hotel guests back to their beds after an unforgettable weekend. We already know we’re going to love every moment of celebrating with you.
