Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than July 8th using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the formal invitation in the tab menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Where will the celebrations take place?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony will take place outside of the Seven Willows! After the ceremony is over our guest will head inside for cocktail hour and the rest of the reception.

What if I can't make it?
Answer
Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify either Katlyn or Jordan.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

When should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend you arrive between 15 to 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony which is at 3:30 pm! This will also help get you settled before the start of forever for Mr. and Mrs. Williams begins.

Are kids welcomed?
Answer
Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family". If your children have not been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." If only you and your significant other have been invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Will the ceremony be outdoors or indoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be located outdoors. The reception will be held indoors. As previously stated, the weather could be a determining factor in the possibility of moving things completely indoors.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones are put away and silenced. We want everyone fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

Are you signed up with a wedding registry service?
Answer
Your love and well-wishes are the most important gifts of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, we do have a registry set up to help us plan our future together. You can find our registry at the top of the screen labeled "registry" or you can find us on Target or Amazon!
