Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie and we kindly request that all guests wear the color black. No need for attire to be 100% black, but mostly black with pops of color or white under-shirts for men are perfectly suitable. Please feel free to wear a black suit instead of a tuxedo. Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by no later than September 21st, 2024. Any RSVP after that date may not be accepted as we have a firm deadline on final headcounts for the venue.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding is an adult only event. We appreciate you making prior arrangements for your kids so that you can celebrate with us.

Question

What time should I arrive the day of the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you plan to arrive at the venue around 3:30 PM, but no later than 3:45 PM. Guests who arrive after 3:45 PM will be asked to wait until after the ceremony concludes.

Question

What food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We are very excited to have Beyond Basil Mobile Pizzeria on-site for our big day! Below you will find the menu for the dinner: Crostinis - Strawberry Basil Salads - Caesar & Italian Chopped Wood Fired Pizzas - Margharita, Pepperoni & Honey Apple Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any food allergies Beyond Basil should be aware of.

Question

What transportation methods are best for arrival and pick-up?

Answer

There will be very limited parking at The Willow for guests. We kindly encourage rideshare options or carpool with a responsible designated driver. Rideshare methods (Uber, Lyft etc.) will pick up at the venue, but as the venue is pretty far out in Surprise, we suggest pre-scheduling a ride for pick-up after 10 PM.

Question

We love and respect everyone's point of view but...

Answer

We strongly ask that guests avoid conversations surrounding the political atmosphere. We understand the 2024 election is pivotal for the future of our country, however, in the spirit of celebrating love and happiness we kindly request all guests avoid these polarizing conversations.
