The Whitlocks

Our story started almost ten years ago when we both had applied and gotten hired at two separate Chipotle restaurants almost a thousand miles apart from one another - one location in Florida and the other in Pennsylvania - at almost the same time. A few big moves, a couple of transfers, and the certainty of fate would have us ending up working together at the same store in Sanford, Florida. After a week or so, we decided to go out for dinner at a local vegan restaurant in Winter Park, Florida (as friendly co-workers of course). While the restaurant closed down around us, we found that our stories, similarities, smiles, and laughs mirrored one another in a way that felt too important to ignore. From that night on, we decided that we didn't want to be apart and that life would be infinitely better if we remained just an arm's length away. On March 27th, 2026 we decided that while ten years together sounded wonderful, instead, we decided in forever.
