Gabrielle and Louis’s love story began back in high school—Gabrielle’s sophomore year and Louis’s junior year. According to Louis, it all started when Gabrielle slid into his DMs on Snapchat after he made a post (a detail he loves to bring up). Whatever the truth may be, one thing’s for sure: they haven’t stopped talking since. The following year, Louis encouraged Gabrielle to join the cross country team with him. That moment sparked what would become a major part of her life—her running journey, which continued all the way through college. While Gabrielle studied Fashion Marketing, Louis was starting his career in the Air Force, diving into Information Technology and fixing computers. Luckily, he was stationed in Marietta, which meant the two were always close by, growing together through every new chapter. After eight wonderful years of love, laughter, and adventure, Louis proposed during their anniversary trip on the beach—with champagne in hand and a sunset that couldn’t have been more perfect. Gabrielle said yes, and just like that, a new chapter began. Now, they’re excited to build a life together, full of love, family, and traditions of their own. Their journey has been filled with sweet beginnings—and the best is still to come.
