Ryan has a theory about first dates...they should always involve an activity. So our first date was on a very hot and humid Sunday in June at the Pittsburgh Zoo. I guess you can say his theory is right. Because the zoo led to drinks, the drinks led to the movies, and the movies, well...here we are, four years later.
The day started off like what I thought would be another typical Saturday. We got up and went to breakfast, and then came back home to the pup. It had been far too long since we'd had a date day/night, so naturally I went through about 6 different outfit changes before deciding I was ready to leave for the rest of the day. We met Josh and Emily at Voodoo Brewery and after a few cocktails, we made our way to Kennywood for Holiday Lights. And it was there in front of PA's tallest Christmas tree that Ryan dropped down to one knee. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with all of you. See you in December!
