Please plan to arrive between 3:45 PM and 4:15 PM to allow plenty of time for parking and getting settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and doors will close at that time. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be permitted, and we would hate for you to miss this special moment.
Yes! There is plenty of parking at our ceremony location.
The wedding ceremony and reception will be at the same location (The Factory At Walton Mill), both indoors. The cocktail hour will take place indoors as well.
We can't wait to celebrate with all our friends and family, and we'd love for everyone to dress up with us! We're requesting formal or semi-black-tie attire for our wedding. We kindly ask that you avoid jeans, T-shirts, flip-flops, or anything in the shade of white.
Our wedding colors are an elegant palette of black, white, tan, and burnt orange, creating a sophisticated and warm color scheme that reflects our personal style.
We will be having an "unplugged ceremony". This means we are asking that all phone and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? We have hired a professional photographer to capture everything and would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for them to capture. Our officiant will provide a period of time for everyone to take pictures/videos while we are at the altar and then kindly request all devices to be put away. Please enjoy the moment, in the moment.
Due to our venue capacity, we can only accommodate those guests named on your RSVP. If you receive a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. There will be no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. We decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only (18 years of age or older) event. We hope you understand and encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves. Again, a child is anyone under 18 years of age.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate RSVPs after the deadline as we need to provide final numbers to our venue and caterer. If we don't receive your RSVP by the deadline of January 21, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We appreciate your understanding but NO EXCEPTIONS can be made.
We will miss you! If you're unable to attend, please select "Decline" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you've already RSVP'd "Accept" but your plans have changed, please reach out to myself or Bryan as soon as you can.
Yes, there will be an open bar. Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Feel free to bring cash for tipping, and please remember to drink responsibly.
