Our hotel room block will be at the D. Hotel Suites & Spa, located 10 minutes from the venue. Standard check-in time is at 3:30 p.m., so please call the hotel the day of the wedding to request an early check-in. Complimentary breakfast is included.

Bradley International Airport is the closest airport to the venue and hotel, located in Hartford, CT.
Shuttle
August 30, 2025 2:45 pm - 10:00 pm
A shuttle will be bringing guests from the hotel to the venue, and back to the hotel/after party at the end of the reception. A smaller shuttle will be available starting at 8:30 p.m. if you wish to leave before the reception ends. If you are staying at the D Suites Hotel, our bus will be picking guests up at 2:45 p.m.
