What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP to the ceremony and reception by February 10, 2025. If it is later than this date, we will sadly not be able to accommodate you attending.

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

You need to book the hotel room 30 days out. January 28th is the last day to book the hotel room to get the discounted rate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 1:00 pm. Please plan to arrive early to get settled before we start.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be ONE shuttle bus to take guests from the hotel to the reception and back at the end of the night. The bus will be making TWO trips to the reception venue from the hotel beginning at 4:30. There will also be TWO to THREE trips taking people back to the hotel at the end of the night. More information to come at check-in.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be plenty of parking at both locations!

Please only bring the people that are specified on your invitation/RSVP.

Can I bring my child/children to the wedding/reception?

Answer

We politely request no children attend the ceremony or reception. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Thank you in advance for understanding.
