Is there a dress code?

Yes! The ceremony and reception is black tie/formal. Men in tuxes suit/ties, women in midi or floor length dresses. We would love to see you in Summer colors! Welcome drinks is casual attire!

Are kids welcome?

We will be a semi-kids free! If your child is welcome, this will be noted on your save the date/invitation.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the brewery for the welcome drinks. For the ceremony and reception, there are paid parking lots in the area. We advise to take Ubers & Lyfts, but please note that there is heavy traffic in the summertime in Newport, so give yourself plenty of time to get places! The Newport Harbor Hotel is within walking distance of the ceremony location.

There will be Welcome Drinks on Saturday July 13th at Rejects Beer Company from 8:00 - 11:00pm.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding is at a semi-outdoor venue in Bowens Wharf. Please plan on bringing a light jacket due to the ocean breeze when the sun sets.

What is the weather?

Newport is typically sunny and warm in July. The average high is 76F (24C) and the average low is 68F (20C). We recommend packing for warm weather during the day & light layers for the evening.

Rhode Island does not allow beer sales in the grocery store. Any liquor or beer needs to be purchased from the state liquor store.
