Are kids allowed?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4:30 pm. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 4:00 pm. This will ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts!

Where can I park?

Answer

All guests may park in the connected garage at Fell Ave & Beaufort St, attached to the hotel via a skybridge! Overnight guests: Parking is super easy—just provide your license plate number at the front desk when you check in, and you’re all set! Day guests: No ticket needed—park on any level! Scan a QR code in the garage to pay on your phone (you’ll enter your license plate and length of stay). If you have any trouble with the QR code, the front desk is happy to help 😊 When leaving, simply drive out—the gate will open automatically!

What’s the nearest airport?

Answer

Central Illinois Regional Airport (BMI) is just about 10 minutes from Normal. Other options: Peoria International Airport (PIA) is about 45 minutes away, and Chicago O’Hare (ORD) or Midway (MDW) are roughly 2–2.5 hours by car

How do I get to the venue from the parking garage?

Answer

Take the skybridge into the hotel, head down to the first floor via the elevator, and follow signs to the Redbird Ballroom (to the left of the front desk, then up the stairs). There will be signage to guide you—just follow the party! :)
