Looking for a place to stay? We've set up a room block at The Westin Desert Willow Villas. Located directly across from the venue, we want to make your visit as comfortable and convenient as possible! A complimentary shuttle will also be running for guests to and from the wedding. In order to receive room block rates, you must reserve your room prior to September 8. If you have any questions or need help please don't hesitate to reach out to my sister, Brooke. Complimentary Shuttle

October 10, 2025 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Complimentary shuttles to the wedding will depart from the hotel every 10 minutes. Shuttles will leave promptly on time - don't be late! We want to make sure our guests have a great time at the reception and after-party. Complimentary shuttles will also take you back to the hotel once wedding festivities start to wind down. Shuttles will be running every 30 minutes.
