Yes! Both ceremony and reception are at the same location. The ceremony will be held at The Lawn within the venue, and the reception is located just across the walkway in The Barn.
Yes, there is plenty of parking should our guests choose to drive to the venue. Signage for parking is located at the entry point to the venue.
Whilst we are not providing transportation, The Acre is located in Mudgeeraba - just a short drive from the M1. There is also plenty of rideshare and taxi services that service Mudgeeraba. Availability can vary - especially later in the evening. It's best to organise these in advance where possible.
No. The Acre does not have on site accommodation but is located just a short drive from Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise which have plenty of accommodation options available.
Yes! As we are getting married in the middle of winter, we have opted for an earlier ceremony to allow for our guests to comfortably stay warm in the sunlight. Following the ceremony, the reception has plenty of heaters as well as a fireplace that will be lit, allowing for warmth within the venue. Guests may want a light jacket or wrap for ceremony photos or evening strolls.
We are having all our guests catered for. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can inform the kitchen and have you catered for without any stress.
