When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by October 24, 2025. This allows us enough time to finalize seating arrangements, provide our caterer with an accurate headcount, and make sure every detail is set for your arrival. Thank you so much for responding on time—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal/cocktail garden party attire. Please no white and no green—we’re saving those for the couple and the décor! Show up in your best celebratory colors and get ready to party with us. 🎉

Are kids welcome?

We adore your kiddos, but this night is just for the grown-ups! 🥂 The only little ones attending will be those in the wedding party and our immediate family. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
The two closest hotels to Bella Cosa are the Holiday Inn Express Lake Wales N–Winter Haven and the Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Wales. Both are just a short drive from the venue. If we have enough guests staying at these hotels, we are considering booking a shuttle service to provide round-trip transportation to and from the ceremony. This will make travel simple and stress-free, while ensuring everyone arrives on time. We’ll confirm closer to the wedding date once we know how many guests are interested.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. To ensure everyone is seated and ready, we kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:30 PM. This gives you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the celebration begins!
