Yes, we thought about this one thoroughly and since we are asking for everyone to travel, we know that not everyone will feel comfortable with leaving their children at home. Just because they are invited does not mean you have to bring them though! This also means, you responsible for your own children. If you would like to bring them along for the weekend but would like someone to watch them during wedding or other parts of the weekend, we will provide sitters from Hampton Sitters (Beck Agency) but will need ample notice. Please contact us directly prior to April 1st.
There is a the bus for our service if staying at Copper Mountain. If you decide to stay off the resort there is the Summit County bus line available to the public for free.
If your invitation says " and Guest", then yes. *Please note; we do enjoy the company of our family and friends. So no randoms, serious relations only.
Formal, please. This doesn't mean black tie but we would like our guests to dress up for the occasion. Please no jeans, flip flops, t shirts.
The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside. Please dress appropriately. Colorado summers days are hot, but low humidity so your hair will still look great ;) Night time can get chilly
If you decide to drive there is free parking at Copper Mountain.
The ceremony is at Copper Creek Vista in the East Village. The reception is right behind the ceremony in the Grand Hall up the stairs.
