What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and settling in before the festivities begin.

Is there a dress code?

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. Consider comfortable shoes for the lawn, and bring a light layer in case of a breeze

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?

Yes! The short ceremony will be followed by a reception party at the Brumleys' private residence on Lake McQueeney.

Where should I park?

Street parking is available near the venue. Space is somewhat limited, so if you're able to carpool or use a rideshare, we’d greatly appreciate it! Please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot and walk in — we’ll have signs to help guide you.

How should I plan my travel?

Answer

Lake McQueeney is located between New Braunfels and Seguin. If you're traveling from out of town, the nearest major airport is San Antonio International (SAT) — about a 45-minute drive from the lake. The cheapest airport is Austin Bergstrom International (AUS) - about an hour drive. We recommend booking nearby accommodations in New Braunfels or Seguin for the most convenient stay. Airbnbs and vacation rentals on or near the lake are great options if you're traveling in a group. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help coordinating your stay!
