JL Beers

1230 County Road 42 West, Burnsville, MN 55337
, (952) 456-6939

While living together for the first time in NE Minneapolis, JL Beers was a staple in our relationship. We often grabbed food and drinks at JL on our way to Twins games downtown. Every time we went, Jeff would always get a kick out of the sign outside their door "Seating for 1,000... 47 at a time!". When looking for a place to buy a house and call home, I think the fact that Burnsville had a JL Beers of its own subconsciously played into our decision! If you are looking for somewhere to enjoy an affordable burger & beer, you've found it. Crystal recommends trying the soft pretzels.

Jensen's Cafe

12750 Nicollet Avenue, Burnsville, MN 55337
, (952) 808-0500

OK, if we haven't already taken you to Jensen's, your time is coming. Jensen's is our absolute favorite breakfast/brunch spot. Don't be discouraged by a lengthy first-come-first serve wait, we promise, it's worth it. Did we mention they serve alcoholic brunch beverages? Jeff recommends the Swedish Pancakes. Crystal recommends the Lemon Ricotta cakes... but really, we recommend everything.

Muddy Chicken

3120 State Highway 13, Burnsville, MN 55337
, (952) 582-1091

Almost 40 flavors of chicken wings and beer. What more do you need?
