If you have any other questions than what are listed here, please email me at haleynlevin@gmail.com.
Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal! Long dresses for the ladies and suits for the men. We ask you wear darker tones for amazing photos and a winter wedding of our dreams!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones be put away during the ceremony. We will have a photographer and videographer getting all the great photos and videos that we will share with you!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we kindly ask you leave them at home with a family member or a baby sitter. Consider this a date night for you both! This will be a kid-free wedding, no exceptions.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless their name is listed on the invitation, unfortunately we cannot accommodate for a plus one.

Question

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour & reception?

Answer

We will be serving lightly passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a two-course plated dinner and dessert.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY (but no shots…don’t yell at me, that is the venue’s rule sadly)

Question

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please include your food allergy with your RSVP.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is valet parking at the venue, but if you plan on taking advantage of the open bar, we kindly ask you uber from home or the hotel to stay safe.

Question

I missed the RSVP deadline, can I still come?

Answer

Unfortunately, with the 7.5 months' notice provided and the 2-month RSVP window following your invitation, we will have to commit to final numbers with our venue. We will be unable to accommodate late RSVPs. We hope you understand, and we will celebrate with you in spirit!
