We met at at friend’s birthday retreat outside of Austin, TX. At the time, Austen lived in Denver, CO & I lived in Oakland, CA. We formed an immediate connection, and began an 8 month long distance relationship. In June of 2018, I moved to Denver to be closer to Austen, and by July of 2019, we were living in the home we eventually purchased together.

Austen took me on an 8 day camping and exploring trip through Mt. Zion, The Narrows, and Lake Powell. At our beautiful camping spot on the water at Lake Powell, Austen told me he was going to take some sunset photos of us (this sunset was extraordinary!), so he set up a tripod and hit record instead of the self timer. He then got down on one knee and presented me with the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen!

If you're going to the burn this year; please consider this an invitation to our ceremony & reception! Tutu Tuesday - (8/29). We'll be meeting at our camp (CampLostIT! AKA CLIT!) in the Cirkus Freaks Village, located at 6:15 & F and then riding out to The Chapel of Babel all together so we can tie the knot with our dusty fam. There will be a Frito pie & champagne bar at the reception, (because duh) along with a night of dancing and loving on each other at CLIT! HQ. TRY AND FIND US!
