We’re getting married!

We met freshman year of high school, but I can’t remember what class we were in. We flirted and exchanged numbers, but the only thing that came of it was an awesome friendship. We talked on the phone for hours, mostly about music. We were on the track team and sometimes we’d walk home together. Adrian tried to kiss me once, but I wouldn’t do it because I wasn’t his girlfriend haha! We lost touch after high school, but we reconnected several years later on social media. Our friendship picked up right where it left off. We were both going through some things and were there for each other. He gave me a sense of peace. Being with him was exciting, but it also made me feel happy and safe. Our friendship eventually evolved into something intense, in every sense of the word, sometimes good sometimes bad, but the love we felt for each other continued to grow into this beautiful thing it is now. We have helped each other become the best versions of ourselves. We complete each other. We truly believe we were meant to be! We are soulmates! Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. - 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
