We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you know whether or not you can attend. We understand that this is a big ask and we completely understand if you can't make it. Letting us know will allow us to properly account for guest count and rooms at the property. RSVP official deadline is February 1, 2026.
We have booked exclusive use of the property for the duration of the festivities. We will have a room for each person invited to the wedding. If you cannot stay for the entire length of time please let us know. We are happy to work with you so you can be there to celebrate with us on our big day.
Due to the size constraints of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! Please make sure your passport is up to date. Keep in mind that passports can take up to ten weeks to process and arrive.
While we love your little ones, due to limited guest capacity, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for your understanding!
The dress code is black-tie formal. Ladies, think floor length elegant dresses. Deep jewel tones are encouraged. Gents, think black suits or tuxedos. We encourage you to dress to impress as we celebrate in the beautiful Italian countryside. For ladies, we do recommend thick heels as we will be in a grassy area and thin heels may get stuck.
The weather in Umbria in September is typically warm and sunny (75–79°F), with cooler evenings (55–59°F).
Yes! We will be providing the chef with a list of all allergies and dietary restrictions to ensure that everyone can enjoy the meals prepared without stress.
Yes! The property does have free parking if you choose to get a rental car.
There will be a welcome party the day we arrive to the property and a day after brunch celebration where we can lay by the pool and re-cap the wedding day. Please refer to the schedule tab for more details.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 4848 N. Goldwater Blvd Apt. 1128 Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
Rooms at the property will be on a first come first serve basis when you RSVP. The property is composed of individual rooms as well as suites so we can ensure you are either with loved ones or have your own space. We also have local accommodations lined up for overflow or special situations.

The venue is an hour and half away from the Rome airport. We have arranged transportation for everyone to and from the venue.
Yes! We have arranged catering for the entire stay to ensure everyone can just relax and enjoy time together.
The villa will provide meals and drinks for the entire duration. If you have a special request please let us know.
