When & Where Is the Wedding?

Our entire wedding will take place at The Bourbon Ballroom in Columbia, Illinois on June 26th, 2027 ─ the address is 8787 Rickhouse Rd Columbia, IL 62236

What’s the Dress Code?

Answer

Our dress code is Black Tie for the evening! Dress in whatever makes you feel your best, as long as it is in the black color realm! — e.g., tuxedos, suits, floor length gowns, midi evening dresses all work! [as long as it’s black!] (please no jeans).

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 29th, 2027. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we would like to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will have a brief Ceremony outdoors, followed by our Cocktail hour & Reception indoors!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 3:45 to find a comfortable seat! The evening events will conclude at 11 o'clock pm.

Will there be food & drinks?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar! Dinner and dessert will also be provided!

Where Should I Park?

Answer

Our venue has plenty of parking available for those driving! If you plan to drink and are staying at one of the recommended hotels we will provide transportation back! Anyone wanting to leave their car at the venue for the night, please pick it up by 10:45 am the next morning!

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on your invite or when you go to RSVP! Thank you! ─ If any questions text either one of us!

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love the little ones, we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate family. We hope this can be used as a fun date night! - If ANY questions don't hesitate to contact either one of us!

Answer

The closest airport is St.Louis Lambert International Airport, about 25 minutes from the venue!
