We're so excited to celebrate with you! To make your travel and stay simple, we've secured discounted room blocks at two local hotels. How to Book Your Stay: To secure your discounted rate, you must call the hotel directly and reference the Smith Volz Wedding room block. The deadline to book your room at the discounted rate is Tuesday, July 28, 2026. Why the deadline? The hotels will release any unbooked rooms from our block to the general public after this date, and the special rate will no longer be guaranteed. We strongly encourage you to book well in advance! Room Block Details: TownePlace Suites and Holiday Inn both have discounted room blocks available. Please note that both hotels require a two-night minimum stay to use the group discount, specifically for the nights of Friday, September 25, and Saturday, September 26, 2026. Additional Options: While we could not secure a room block at the Hampton Inn, it's still a great option! You can check for availability and book a room directly through their website. We can't wait to see you!
