The hotel block is officially closed. If arriving on Saturday, we recommend requesting an early check in, in order to get into your room before the shuttle arrives. If the hotel cannot accommodate your request they will hold your luggage.

Hotel to venue: 3:35 pm & 3:45 pm Venue to hotel: 9 pm & 10 pm The buses will be at FULL capacity. Please plan on being at the lobby at 3:35 to ensure every person gets their seat. (This is for guests staying the night at the Westin)
