If you haven't heard of a little thing called tinder, then you have either been in a happily committed relationship since 2012, or living under a rock. We were just two lonely kids living in the big city. Will had recently moved to Austin from New Hampshire, and I had recently downloaded the app. While scrolling through the mediocre matches we had cultivated, we stumbled upon one another. We both swiped right and agreed to meet at one of Michelle's favorite places in East Austin, The Brixton. We both knew pretty early on we enjoyed hanging out, so we kept hanging out, and are still hanging out!
It was a snowy weekend in New Hampshire. Will and I were in town visiting his family, but little did I know he had a little trick up his sleeve. Will decided to have the ring (of my dreams might I add) shipped to his parents house. It was set to arrive the day we arrived, but apparently was delayed. Will and his dad spent the whole weekend going to "Home Depot" which was evidently code for the post office. All while keeping composure, he managed to get the ring two days later. The loving post office women came in on Superbowl Sunday to give Will the ring that had arrived after hours the evening before. We had planned to stay in Boston for the last night of our trip. Since it was Superbowl Sunday, we hung out in our hotel lobby having a few drinks and watching the game. We befriended a few people and before we knew it the night was gone. The next morning we woke up and had planned to have lunch and walk around the city. After lunch we walked around Beacon Hill. We turned a corner to a secluded street, and Will got down on one knee and asked me to be the happiest gal ever. We celebrated with Bloody Mary's!
