If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before June 5th. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors cut off dates.
You will be able to RSVP online (Next tab RSVP) or via text message to Andreina 216-534-6679 with First and Last Name.
We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best summer formal/ formal attire.
Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with YOU!
While we love your little ones, we have decided keep our wedding an adult only event (venue restrictions) with the exceptions of the bridal party and a few older family members. That being said, we kindly ask that you ONLY bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand & enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night. <3 P.S The Venue has a body of water (lake), and woods its about 30 plus acres of land. Please keep children near and in sight at all times. If your child is formally invited and you do not wish to bring them, that is completely fine, We completely Understand <3
Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking at the venue. Transportation from hotels can potentially be arrange, they want a certain amount of guest staying at the hotel to accommodate transportation to the wedding and back for those flying into town or wanting to spend the night instead of driving 55-1hour back home.
Yes there will be open bar, the Venue does have a no "shots" policy, mixed drinks, beers, and wines are a go.
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cellphone or cameras in your pocket or purse during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome photographer to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards. We have also hired a Photo Booth, and am ready for all the selfies :) Our photographer Policy: I COPIED & PASTE... • EXCLUSIVITY / GUEST PHOTOGRAPHY: It is understood that “Ella Rose Photography” will act as the sole and exclusive wedding photographer. Because of the fact that flashes from guest’s cameras may ruin shots taken by “Ella Rose Photography”, THE CLIENT acknowledges that they are responsible for notifying all of their guests that guest photography is not permitted at any time while the professional photographer are in session. “Ella Rose Photography” suggests that a separate notice be placed in the invitations. The formal photography time is for the exclusive use of “Ella Rose Photography” to capture the formal wedding portraits. Because of time constraints and the need for subjects to pay full attention to the professional photographer, guest photography cannot be permitted. “Ella Rose Photography” will allow guests to take snapshots during the processional and recessional, during candid events at the church, and at the altar during the time “Ella Rose Photography” equipment is being packed up. In return for this consideration “Ella Rose Photography” insists no other guest photography take place when or where “Ella Rose Photography” is working. No other guest/photographer using professional equipment will be allowed by “Ella Rose Photography” at any time during the wedding. “Ella Rose Photography” reserves the right to stop any photographic services paid for and leave the function should any other person take photographs with any professional equipment – with the deposit being forfeit. I know it's a lot, all of the photographers considered had similar policies.
