Please arrive between 12:00pm and 12:10pm to allow for ample time to park and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 12:30pm. No entry will be allowed after the ceremony has started out of respect for the couple, guests, and vendors working.
Our ceremony will be fully unplugged so no photographer will be allowed. This allows for us and our guests to be fully present during such an intimate moment in our lives. No phone, camera, or recording device policy will be in place out of respect for the intimacy of the entirety our ceremony. We have invested in a highly skilled photographer, videographer, and content team and wish for no phones or cameras to disrupt final edits of our special moment. Please kindly turn off and put away all devices before the ceremony so all in attendance can be present during this special moment. We promise to share our professional shots with you as soon as we have them and would love to take photos with you at the reception! Thank you for respecting our wishes. xo
If guests wish to explore the Castle, they are able to purchase tickets for entry online or at the door. Guests are encouraged to have no more than a light-lunch in the afternoon as cocktail hour will be filled with a wide array of food and drinks!
Colourful Black-Tie: Ladies to wear floor-length gowns or dresses, gentlemen to wear tuxes or formal suits. It is not often enough we have opportunities to dress up; we encourage all guests to show their personality through colour and style, while taking this opportunity to dress their best! We graciously ask guests avoid wearing white or anything that may photograph white. For ladies wondering - bridesmaids will wearing a dusty rose pink!
RSVPs are required by Sunday August 10th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date your response will be listed as unable to attend and we will miss celebrating with you!
Children whom are invited will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP. We appreciate the understanding, and hope parents take this opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved date night!
Allergy and food needs can be noted on your RSVP and will be accommodated for the evening so all guests can fully enjoy their evening without worry.
