When should I RSVP by?

What time does the wedding start?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 7pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to take your seats.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal attire required, black tie is optional but not required. We are asking all of our guests to stick with our black and white theme, so please whatever you choose to wear, do not wear anything with colors. As long as you can dance in it and it's either black, white or both, you're good to go!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are unable to invite children to our wedding. We hope that the advance notice means you are still able to attend. It is NYE after all, parents take the night off and enjoy the party! Drinks on us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please list them on your RSVP and we will accommodate you.

Do I get to choose my meal option?

Answer

No you do not. But no worries! Our venue offers a duet plate style dinner, in which we choose our 2 favorite dinner options from their menu, and everyones plate includes both of these proteins. This means lots of options for you already included on your plate, and no hassle before dinner waiting for a server to get your order.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A complementary shuttle will be running from the hotel to the venue. If you are driving there is plenty of parking on location at the venue. We do ask you drink responsibly if you are driving, or stay with us at the hotel and take advantage of shuttle services!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Since we are having a NYE wedding, we anticipate many other parties going on in the area. Try to account for any traffic you may encounter by allotting for extra travel time and book any flights/hotel stays far in advance to avoid options selling out or price surges.

What happens if I arrive early?

Answer

No worries! We will have complementary apple cider served in the manor library for a cozy winter vibe until the ceremony starts.
