It all began on August 2nd, 2021, at 5:30 a.m. in Bulldog Burger. I was introduced to him by my manager, and there he was—Justin, looking as mean as ever. We nodded at each other politely and went on with our day, never imagining how much our lives were about to change. Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, yet our friendship only grew stronger. My best friend noticed how "invested" I was in Justin, as I couldn’t stop sharing every little thing he said or did.
