When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that you RSVP by April 2021. Please note that room rates change based on availability. The hotel will contact you with the current prices of your stay.

Is there a minimum of nights I have to stay at the hotel?
Answer
Yes, as our guests you must stay a minimum of 3 nights at the hotel. Guests are required to book their rooms by May 29th 2021.

How do I reserve a room?
Answer
You may view the different rooms the hotel has to offer through its website at hotelxcaret.com. But before you reserve, remember that you have a discount! Be sure to give us your information so that a reservation specialist can reach out to you so that you can make your reservation.

How many people fit in a room?
Answer
The rooms at the hotel will fit up to 3 adults and 1 child (under 18) or 2 adults and 2 children per room.

Is there a discount for rooms?
Answer
Yes! Your rooms will be given a 25% discount for being our guests. Please make sure to send us the full name, phone number and email address of the person that will be doing the reservations for the room(s). We will make sure that the person helping with us with reservations contacts you so that you may get your discount.

Are there payment options for the rooms?
Answer
Yes! We advise that you book your room as soon as possible to get a better price. You may pay in full, or there is also an Interest-free Monthly Payment option, only available with credit cards emitted by Banks in Mexico. These include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Can I bring a date?

Due to the intimacy of our event, we will not be having +1 guests.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We will be giving recommendation of dress code as we approach closer to the date. Keep in mind we will be in the Caribbean in September, so we will be sure to recommend clothes that will be both comfortable and appropriate for the church and the reception afterwards.

What does the reservation include?
Answer
The reservation at the hotel includes the following: - Private transportation from and to the airport (about a 1 hour drive) - Unlimited access and transportation to all parks and tours of Grupo Xcaret. (Each ticket per person costs around $115-$125 per person per park) With the reservation, you will be able to "park hop" to any park you desire with no extra cost). - Unlimited food and drink in all the bars and restaurants - And MORE!
