We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Our wedding attire will be formal. Men are encouraged to wear a dark suit and tie, and women in a long evening dress. Since we'll be celebrating in early October, keep in mind that the evening may be cool.
There will not transportation provided to the ceremony, but the venue does have parking available. Ride-shares (like Uber) are also accessible in the area. After dinner and dancing at The Viewpoint, a trolley will take guests to the after party at Inn on the Blues and will then make continuous rounds back to The Viewpoint, Stones Throw, and The Nevada Hotel throughout the night.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather and dressing comfortably for the elements of an October wedding in New England :)
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.
While there isn’t a formal room block, we encourage guests to stay at the Viewpoint’s sister properties — The Nevada or Stones Throw — and use the discount code Samantha&Andrew for a reduced rate. There are also plenty of other hotels and Airbnbs in the area if you prefer different accommodations!
For our special day, we've decided to keep our wedding adults-only (18+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us!
