As this is a small and intimate gathering, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend the ceremony. While we absolutely adore your littles, our wedding ceremony will be adults-only. That said, since this is a full weekend of celebrations and a fun getaway, we would love for your spouse, partner, and kiddos to join us for the remainder of the festivities. Thank you so much for understanding!
Our ceremony attire is Mountain Cocktail! Think elevated but comfortable, perfect for a mountain getaway. For women, dresses that are easy to move in and you would wear again; for men, slacks with a coat or sport jacket. The ceremony will be on grass and will require a walk, so we recommend skipping the stilettos and wearing comfortable shoes. Note: Some events will be outdoors so check the temps and pack layers to stay cozy as the evening cools down.
We recommend arriving in Jackson Hole no later than Saturday, July 18th to allow plenty of time to settle in and join us for our welcome dinner Saturday night. If you want a full day to hangout and wander the area with us, come earlier! We would love to spend time with you!
Here is everything you need to know about the ceremony location! The Wedding Tree is about a 45 minute drive north of Jackson Hole. The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM, so we are asking our guests to arrive around 4:30 PM just to be safe and give yourself time to settle in and enjoy the scenery. Because The Wedding Tree is secluded in the mountains, there are very few parking spots and amenities. For that reason, we have a shuttle picking up our entire party up at the Springhill Marriott Suites in Jackson at 3:30pm to remove stress and for convenience. The shuttle will drop you back off at the Springhill Suites after the ceremony ends. (Please don't miss the shuttle!) Please note, there may be poor service and there is NOT a bathroom onsite. The nearest bathroom is 5 miles from the venue. Please stop and relieve yourself before the ceremony begins! Additionally, while they did just build a walkway, we still recommend comfy shoes over style. For more details on location please check their site here: https://www.btfriends.org/the-wedding-tree
After the ceremony, we’ll step away for couples photos. During that time, we encourage guests to grab dinner or enjoy an activity of their choosing. Later that evening, we’ll reconvene to dance the night away and enjoy cocktails at the famous Million Dollar Cowboy Bar in Jackson Hole and hop around the local bars and town of Jackson!
