Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is required. We encourage darker, fall-inspired colors to complement the overall aesthetic. Kindly avoid bright or pastel colors. Gentlemen, please wear suits.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Richmond Ashland. Guests may also choose from nearby hotels, Airbnbs, and vacation rentals. Hotel Special Group Rate: $145–$165 per night

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided for guests staying at our host hotel. Guests should be in the hotel lobby between 2:45 PM and 3:00 PM, as the shuttle will depart promptly at 3:00 PM for Seven Springs. Return transportation will depart the venue at 10:00 PM following the reception. Please RSVP to the "Bus Transportation" event if you plan to utilize this service.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.

While we love your children, we respectfully request that no minors attend. We hope you enjoy the evening as a date night!

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on the invitation attend the wedding.

Where is the wedding party staying?

Answer

The wedding party will be staying on-site at Seven Springs. The evening prior to the wedding will be reserved for the bride, groom, and wedding party as we prepare for the celebration.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available at Seven Springs. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for arrival, as the venue is located in a rural area.
