Due to the venue location, the venue does not allow any parking at The Beachcomber itself. If you are driving to the venue, you will need to park across the street at the Los Trancos parking lot. There is a private shuttle that will run from 3:30PM-10:30PM and will take you back and forth from the parking lot to the venue. If you live nearby or are staying at a nearby hotel, it is strongly advised you get dropped off via uber, etc. to avoid dealing with the parking. Just a friendly reminder that if you plan to get dropped off, you still need to go to the Los Trancos parking lot first and shuttle or walk over. We ask you please keep this in mind when deciding your time of arrival, because you will need to park, shuttle across the street and walk to the ceremony location.

Semi- Formal Attire: To complement the occasion, women are encouraged to wear long or midi-length dresses; men, suits or button-downs with dress pants.
The ceremony will be held on the sand located on South Beach, which is to the left of The Beachcomber at Crystal Cove restaurant.
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The cocktail hour and reception will be held at the cultural deck, which is an outdoor venue. You can walk up a set of stairs that will take you to the reception or there will be a private shuttle for your convenience to take you. As a reminder the venue is located on the coastline so please bring a sweater if necessary. We will have blankets available as well.
